I'm 13 and a vegetarian (have been for 1 year) but I'm going vegan in 2 weeks, I would go vegan now but I don't have much vegan friendly food in my house at the moment. So I'm waiting until me and my mum go food shopping. I take supplements so I get all my a, b, c and d vitamins. Also no comments saying it's unhealthy because if it's done the right it is healthy. So my questions are:
What are some good books about veganism?
What are some good vegan foods that are tasty and have a lot of nutrients that I need?
Also what are some good brands to go by? I only know of quorn. Thanks
