I tried so many of them and none of them actually helped me to loose weight. Spent too much money, it's crazy! Finally got tired of trying and went to the gym, started to eat smaller portions, drinking at least 2.5l of water a day now, trying to avoid drinking alcohol as well. And look at me now! Minus 10 kilos in 3 months. There's so many useful articles about healthy lifestyle on the net. Don't spend your money on pills and don't harm your body! Chose yourself a right program/diet and stay healthy!
